Why Darkness Cant Comprehend Light?

There are two ingredients of darkness as described in Isaiah 5:20, (a) they call, (b) they put

In Isaiah 5:20, the Hebrew word for "call" is also say or " answer, appoint, avouch, bid, boast self, call, certify, challenge, charge". Call means say because their hearts are full of evil. Put is "sum sym" in Hebrew word which means, "appoint, bring, call [a name], care, cast in, change, charge, commit, consider, convey, determine" Put means "to bring" or "to care". That's why the LORD said we all need to be born again because one can't understand the spiritual things of GOD if he's not born again. All the unbelievers say and care about is this world, about this world and about themselves.

Matthew 12:34 (Amplified Bible)

12:34 You offspring of vipers! How can you speak good things when you are evil (wicked)? For out of the fullness (the overflow, the superabundance) of the heart the mouth speaks.

Luke 6:45 (Amplified Bible)

6:45 The upright (honorable, intrinsically good) man out of the good treasure [stored] in his heart produces what is upright (honorable and intrinsically good), and the evil man out of the evil storehouse brings forth that which is depraved (wicked and intrinsically evil); for out of the abundance (overflow) of the heart his mouth speaks.

John 3:7 (Amplified Bible)

3:7 Marvel not [do not be surprised, astonished] at My telling you, You must all be born anew (from above).

These unbelievers cares and calls wickedness and darkness as their pets.

Matthew 6:21 (Amplified Bible)

6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

IX. CONCLUSION:

We, as believers, say and care only about the LORD JESUS, how we can please the LORD. If we still have cares, then cast it all out to the LORD for the LORD cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7)
