Topic: WHO SINNED?

John 9:1-3King James Version (KJV)

9 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.

2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?

3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Beloved, we are always quick to judge or find reasons for any negative thing we see. And we always attribute negative things to the devil or to sin or wrongdoings in our lives or that of others and we handle the whole issue as if God Almighty does not exist or have no hand in our lives and dealings.

Beloved, most of the things we are going through as Christians, are challenges and difficulties planned by God, that His works may be made manifest in us.

But instead of looking up to Him and dedicating our time and all to him to pray and worship Him for His miracles, signs and wonders to be made manifest in us for the world to see who He is and His awesome power, we rather sit and begin to apportion blames and we lose out.

Beloved you think you have been in that predicament for too long so you have given up or want to give up, know that someone has always been in it longer and deeper but yet he has not given up so why you?

The man identified in our scripture for this morning was born blind. If he was 45 years, say, when Jesus healed him it means he had been blind for 45 years and this period of hardship and toil for mother, father, siblings, family and the man himself was all for the works of God to be made manifest in Him that the world may see the unfathomable power of God Almighty and give Him praise.

Beloved i dont know how long you have been suffering or going through whatever you are going through now, financial struggle, marriage struggle, health struggle etc etc etc.

But I came to tell you this morning that no matter the time period dont give up, continue praying and seeking Jesus for He is waiting for you to turn your heart to him, He is looking at your faith grow, He is holding on for the appointed time to come to you and that miracle, that sign, that wonder would be made manifest in you.

Beloved, seek Jesus and you will find Him and He will do it for you because you know it is not because you have sinned or someone's sins but it is for the manifestation of the glory of God in your life who is Jesus.

Beloved, seek Jesus, find Him and when you do, dont be selfish with Him. Share Him with the world and let the world know He is Jesus because in all we do *ITS ALL ABOUT JESUS* and nothing else.

Prayer: Father please empower me to never ever give up but hold on strongly to the faith and profess it everywhere I go because my miracle shall surely happen in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
