Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Joh 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Joh 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

This shows the importance of the Holy Spirit.And how important it is to Christ for us to have it. He gave himself for it.

1Co 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

1Co 12:27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

Col 2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

This teaches the Church is the body of Christ.To whom the Holy Spirit is given.

Act 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

Act 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

Act 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

Act 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

This is a day that has been forgotten.though referred to allot still forgotten. most spirit filled Churches can not even tell you when this day is. It should be one of the most important days in history. If it were not for this day we would be here in vain.
