The Scriptures affirm this truth in Romans 8:9, "You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him."
In 1 John 4:16, we read, "So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him."
And in 1 Corinthians 3:16, Paul reminds us, "Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?"
