Trust in God's guidance as he prepares life's storms, and rely on each other for support.
Good morning, church family. Today we're going to dive deep into a powerful passage of scripture found in Acts 27:41-44. But before we do, I want to share a quote that has been stirring in my heart. It's from Oswald Chambers, a man who devoted his life to sharing the wisdom and love of God. He once wrote, "Faith never knows where it is being led, but it loves and knows the One who is leading." How beautifully that captures our walk with God, don't you think?
Now let's turn to the Word of God, the book of Acts, chapter 27, verses 41 to 44: "But striking a reef, they ran the vessel aground. The bow stuck and remained immovable, and the stern was being broken up by the surf. The soldiers' plan was to kill the prisoners, lest any should swim away and escape. But the centurion, wishing to save Paul, kept them from carrying out their plan. He ordered those who could swim to jump overboard first and make for the land, and the rest on planks or on pieces of the ship. And so it was that all were brought safely to land."
