Summary: I. Mary Magdalene coming to the sepulchre, finds the stone taken away.
I. Mary Magdalene coming to the sepulchre, finds the stone taken away.
1. She came as soon as she could
II. Finding the stone taken away, she hastens back to Peter and John.
1. We must be ready to share with our friends good news
2. They have taken the Lord away
III. Peter and John go with haste to the sepulchre
1. It is a good thing to have good company in a good work.
Eccles. 4:9-10
Conclusion: We must be willing to go through the grave to Christ. When we arise from the death of sin to the life of righteousness, we must leave our grave-clothes behind us.
Have you left Jesus ine the graveyard, the grocery store, the hospital, the jail, the doctor's office, the clothing store; etc?
I have laid Him on the altar of my heart. And He is my savior who has raised me and will also raise you.
