What Can We Do For America

Text: Luke 20:19-26

Pres.J.F.K. once said ,Ask not whatyour country can do for you. But ask what you can do for your country.

With this attitude we could change our nation.

A. Do you part - it is your country

Luke 20-25 And he said unto them render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesars and unto God the things which be Gods.

1.Stand up for our people that stand by us.

2.Strngthen our position by Prayer an dedication.

3.Stick by the things that have made us great.

B.Defend it,s principles-it,s your cause

Pslams 11-3 If the foundations be destroyed what can the righteouss do ?

1.The Church built this country spiritirally right.

2.The courts made this country morally right.

3.The constitution made the methods right.

C.Determine to pray-its your concern

2nd Samuel 12-23 Moreover as for me God forbid that i should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you but i will teach you the good and the right way.

1.Pray for our president and all leaders of this great country

2.Pray for politicians that we will elect the right one.

3.Pray for our Preachers that they will preach the word.

D.Dispute the enemy publicly- its your chance

Jeremiah 6-16 Thus saith the Lord stand ye in the ways and see and ask for the old paths where isthe good way and walk therein and you shall find rest for your souls but they said we will not walk there in.

1.This is the day lets take advanage of it now

2.This is our dwelling place help make it safe.

3.Your labor will pay off stick to the job at hand.

E.Duty will be painful--Be courageous
