I. EXORDIUM:

Are you designed to grow great?

Yes. Because GOD is with me and lives within me.

John 1:14 (Amplified Bible)

1:14 And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth.

John 1:16 (Amplified Bible)

1:16 For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.

II. AUDIENCE PROFILE:

III. OBJECTIVES:

IV. TEXT:

2 Samuel 5:10 (Amplified Bible)

5:10 David became greater and greater, for the Lord God of hosts was with him.

V. THESIS:

Praise, worship and thank You very much LORD JESUS for You live and tabernacled with us permanently that's why we can do greater things than what You have done because You live within us and accomplishes things for us.

Ephesians 3:20 (Amplified Bible)

3:20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—

Philippians 2:13 (Amplified Bible)

2:13 [Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.

Philippians 4:13 (Amplified Bible)

4:13 I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].

John 14:12 (Amplified Bible)

14:12 I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father.

2 Samuel 7:12-13 (Amplified Bible)

And when your days are fulfilled and you sleep with your fathers, I will set up after you your offspring who shall be born to you, and I will establish his kingdom.

He shall build a house for My ame [and My Presence], and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.

VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. Like David became greater and greater, we will also grow the same

"David became greater and greater,"

As righteous people we hold to the ways of the LORD, as we do this, the requirements are done and the promise is we will grow stronger and stronger.

Job 17:9 (Amplified Bible)

17:9 Yet shall the righteous (those upright and in right standing with God) hold to their ways, and he who has clean hands shall grow stronger and stronger.

Proverbs 4:18 (Amplified Bible)

4:18 But the path of the [uncompromisingly] just and righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines more and more (brighter and clearer) until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day [to be prepared].

Philippians 2:15 (Amplified Bible)

2:15 That you may show yourselves to be blameless and guileless, innocent and uncontaminated, children of God without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse], among whom you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark] world,

Matthew 5:14 (Amplified Bible)

5:14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.

Our growth : spiritual, physical and financial is much infinitely better than that of King David's because we live in the New testament of Free Grace through faith. King Solomon's growth in the financial is only based on the faithfulness of his father, King David, but our growth in everything is based on the LORD JESUS's faithfulness.
