VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. JESUS was made a little lower than angels

"But we are able to see Jesus, Who was ranked lower than the angels for a little while,"

Hebrews 8:3-6 (Amplified Bible)

8:3 For every high priest is appointed to offer up gifts and sacrifices; so it is essential for this [High Priest] to have some offering to make also.

8:4 If then He were still living on earth, He would not be a priest at all, for there are [already priests] who offer the gifts in accordance with the Law.

8:5 [But these offer] service [merely] as a pattern and as a foreshadowing of [what has its true existence and reality in] the heavenly sanctuary. For when Moses was about to erect the tabernacle, he was warned by God, saying, See to it that you make it all [exactly] according to the copy (the model) which was shown to you on the mountain.

8:6 But as it now is, He [Christ] has acquired a [priestly] ministry which is as much superior and more excellent [than the old] as the covenant (the agreement) of which He is the Mediator (the Arbiter, Agent) is superior and more excellent, [because] it is enacted and rests upon more important (sublimer, higher, and nobler) promises.

Genesis 3:15 (Amplified Bible)

3:15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her Offspring; He will bruise and tread your head underfoot, and you will lie in wait and bruise His heel.

Galatians 4:4 (Amplified Bible)

4:4 But when the proper time had fully come, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born subject to [the regulations of] the Law,

JESUS CHRIST is the GOD-Man who fulfilled the Law for every individual person perfectly attaining to it's perfect standards and even suffered death for every individual person here on earth, because He was made sin for all of us.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (Amplified Bible)

5:21 For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].

B. JESUS crowned with glory and honor

"crowned with glory and honor"

Psalms 21:3-5 (Amplified Bible)

21:3 For You send blessings of good things to meet him; You set a crown of pure gold on his head.

21:4 He asked life of You, and You gave it to him—long life forever and evermore.

21:5 His glory is great because of Your aid; splendor and majesty You bestow upon him.

Acts 2:33 (Amplified Bible)

2:33 Being therefore lifted high by and to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promised [blessing which is the] Holy Spirit, He has made this outpouring which you yourselves both see and hear.

Revelation 19:12 (Amplified Bible)

19:12 His eyes [blaze] like a flame of fire, and on His head are many kingly crowns (diadems); and He has a title (name) inscribed which He alone knows or can understand.

Daniel 10:6 (Amplified Bible)

10:6 His body also was [a golden luster] like beryl, his face had the appearance of lightning, his eyes were like flaming torches, his arms and his feet like glowing burnished bronze, and the sound of his words was like the noise of a multitude [of people or the roaring of the sea].

JESUS is and was crowned with glory and honor from eternity past, experiencing rulership, kingship and reigning with the FATHER GOD, and all of us who by our faith believed in His finished work will also reign and rule with Him on this earth and on the New Heavens and New Earth.
