Summary: 1. The Holy Spirit gives preachers and teachers wisdom to know how to use inductive methods in their presentations to appeal to people who prefer to learn through a problem-solution approach.

1. The Holy Spirit gives preachers and teachers wisdom to know how to use inductive methods in their presentations to appeal to people who prefer to learn through a problem-solution approach. Inductive learners prefer to learn from examples, demonstrations and case studies rather than studying theories. James wrote, "If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God who gives to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproach or faultfinding and it will be given him." (James 1:5 - Amplified) Ask the Lord to give you the wisdom to know how to best teach and preach in a way that corresponds best with your inductive learners’ preferred cultural style of processing information.

2. The Holy Spirit gives preachers and teachers understanding to know how to use deductive methods in their presentations to appeal to people who prefer to learn from principles and then their applications. Deductive learners prefer to understand the principles and theories of how and why things work before they try to learn simply from trial and error applications. Ask the Lord to help you gain greater insight in how to best teach and preach in a way that corresponds best with your deductive learners’ preferred cultural style of processing information.

3. The Holy Spirit give preachers and teachers an intuitive sense of the best way to present information to inductive learners that stimulate their emotions through dramatic presentations. Ask the Lord to help you remember that "HOW" ideas are presented are often more important than the substance of the material for inductive learners.

4. The Holy Spirit gives preachers and teachers an analytical understanding of the best way to present information to deductive learners so they can grasp the quality, relevance, and applications of the theories contained in the material. Ask the Lord to help you gain greater insight into how to improve your content, delivery and organization when you are addressing deductive learners.

5. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers the best ways to help inductive learners gain knowledge through trial and error field experiences using their local cultural connections. Ask the Lord to help you find worthy field experiences that you can plug your inductive learners into for their maximum benefits.

6. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers the best ways to help deductive learners gain knowledge through independent research projects. Ask the Lord to help you guide your deductive learners to do research in a way that they can help many people grow in all aspects into Christ.

7. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers the best ways to use their relationships, connections and culturally dependent inductive learning style to grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Ask the Lord to help you guide your inductive learners to use their culturally dependent relationships and connections to grow more in the grace and knowledge of Christ’s characteristics.

8. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers the best ways to use their creativity, goal orientation and culturally independent deductive learning style to grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. (2 Pet. 3:18) Ask the Lord to help you guide your deductive learners to use their culturally independent creativity and goal orientation to help people grow more in the grace and knowledge of Christ’s characteristics.

9. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers how to show acceptance, empathy, and emotional support for inductive learners who especially admire these leadership traits. Ask the Lord to help you learn how to show more acceptance, empathy and emotional support for inductive learners who crave these characteristics in their leaders. (Romans 15:7)

10. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers how to demonstrate efficiency, productivity and mental prowess to deductive learners who especially admire their leadership traits. Ask the Lord to help yo learn how to show greater efficiency, productivity and mental maturity for your deductive learners who consider these traits essential for leaders. (John 17:4)

11. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers how to give positive reinforcement, compliments and social rewards to inductive learners that will stimulate the qualitative and quantitative growth of Christ’s church. Ask the Lord to help you find ways to give positive reinforcement to your inductive learners.

12. The Holy Spirit shows teachers and preachers how to give the necessary authority, resources and freedoms to deductive learners that will stimulate the maximum qualitative and quantitative growth of Christ’s church. Ask the Lord to help you find ways to give more authority, resources and freedoms to your deductive learners for God’s glory. (Col. 3:17)
