Pay careful attention, then, to how you walk-not as unwise people but as wise-
Attention to Detail
 Reasons to watch your walk
 God is watching
 Others are watching
 The witness of your walk
 Actions speak louder than words
 Integrity – “when the tongue in your mouth and the tongue in your shoe are pointed in the same direction”

Making the most of the time, because the days are evil.
Using Your Time Wisely
 The urgency of the times
 Jesus is coming again
 There is work to be done
 The need for diligence
 Procrastination allows evil to gain a footing
 The enemy is working diligently

Be sober! Be on the alert! Your adversary the Devil is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for anyone he can devour.

And don’t get drunk with wine, which leads to reckless actions, but be filled with the Spirit:

 Drunkenness
 Leads to reckless actions
 Fighting
 Immorality
 Bad decisions
 Filled with the Spirit
 Under the controlling influence
 Directing all thoughts and actions

Speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music to the Lord in your heart
A Song in Your Heart
 The concert hall of the heart
 Full of praise
 Full of joy
 Sharing the music
 Speaking to others from the overflow
 Joining together in a symphony of praise

giving thanks always for everything to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Thankful in all Things
 The good times
 For the blessings
 For the happiness
 For the prosperity
 The bad times
 The strength for each day
 The provisions that see you through
 For the lessons of hardship

Submitting to one another in the fear of Christ.
Out of Reverence
 Putting others first
 Does not mean being a doormat
 Look out for the interest of others
 The simple things
 Holding doors
 Giving up a parking space
 The example of Christ
 Did not demand his rights
 But willingly gave Himself
