UNDERSTANDING YOUR YEAR—Exodus 12:1-3ff.
OR ’A New Paradigm’
Israel’s God ordained/established a new paradigm for understanding a calendar year.
A new paradigm for understanding the calendar year must be established among God’s people.
How is a new paradigm for understanding the calendar year established?
4 means of establishing a new paradigm for your year.
Rom. 14:7-8—“For not one of us lives for himself, & not one dies for himself; for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s.”

YOUR GOD(:1)
—Explanation:(:1)
“Now the LORD said to Moses & Aaron in the land of Egypt,”
Ex. 3:13-15—“Then Moses said to God, “Behold, I am going to the sons of Israel, & I shall say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you.’ Now they may say to me, ‘What is His name?’ What shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”; & He said, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” And God, furthermore, said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, & the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is My name forever, & this is My memorial-name to all generations.”
Is your God YHWH/Christ/Holy Spirit?—True Israel’s God.
—Argumentation:
Ex. 6:6-7—“Say, therefore, to the sons of Israel, ‘I am the LORD, & I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, & I will deliver you from their bondage. I will also redeem you with an outstretched arm & with great judgments. ‘Then I will take you for My people, & I will be your God; & you shall know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.”
Rom. 9:25-26—“As He says also in Hosea: “I will call them My people, who were not My people, And her beloved, who was not beloved. ““And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ There they shall be called sons of the living God.”
Acts 4:12—““And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved.””

YOUR SPOKESMEN(:1)
—Explanation:(:1)
“Now the LORD said to Moses & Aaron in the land of Egypt,”
Moses’ call—
Ex. 3:16-22—“Go & gather the elders of Israel together, & say to them, ‘The LORD, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, has appeared to me, saying, “I am indeed concerned about you & what has been done to you in Egypt. “So I said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite & the Hittite & the Amorite & the Perizzite & the Hivite & the Jebusite, to a land flowing with milk & honey.”’ “And they will pay heed to what you say; & you with the elders of Israel will come to the king of Egypt, & you will say to him, ‘The LORD, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us. So now, please, let us go a three days’ journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.’ “But I know that the king of Egypt will not permit you to go, except under compulsion. “So I will stretch out My hand, & strike Egypt with all My miracles which I shall do in the midst of it; & after that he will let you go. “And I will grant this people favor in the sight of the Egyptians; & it shall be that when you go, you will not go empty-handed. “But every woman shall ask of her neighbor & the woman who lives in her house, articles of silver & articles of gold, & clothing; & you will put them on your sons & daughters. Thus you will plunder the Egyptians.”
Aaron’s call—
Ex. 4:10-16—“Then Moses said to the LORD, “Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither recently nor in time past, nor since Thou hast spoken to Thy servant; for I am slow of speech & slow of tongue.” And the LORD said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes him dumb or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the LORD? “Now then go, & I, even I, will be with your mouth, & teach you what you are to say.” But he said, “Please, Lord, now send the message by whomever Thou wilt.” Then the anger of the LORD burned against Moses, & He said, “Is there not your brother Aaron the Levite? I know that he speaks fluently. And moreover, behold, he is coming out to meet you; when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. “And you are to speak to him & put the words in his mouth; & I, even I, will be with your mouth & his mouth, & I will teach you what you are to do. “Moreover, he shall speak for you to the people; & it shall come about that he shall be as a mouth for you, & you shall be as God to him.”
