Trust In God Matthew 27:41

As he hung on the cross they said, Matthew 27:41In the same way the chief priests, the teachers of the law andthe elders mocked him. 42"He saved others," they said, "but he can't save himself! He's the King of Israel! Let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him. 43He trusts in God43He trusts in God.

1. No matter how He feels He Trusts in God

John 141"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in GodA; trust also in me

A. Lazarus was sick but he trusted In God

B. Mary and Martha were feeling very impatient (Heart was troubled) but they had to Trust In God

C. Jesus had to bring Lazarus back to life to die again. He to had Trust In God Jesus 's heart was troubled

Remember Jesus wept" How do you feel today?

2. No Matter What People Do He Trusts In God

A. Judas Betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver No matter what people do "Trust In God"

B. Religious Leaders plotted to kill Jesus we must remember No matter what people do "Trust IN God"

Matthew 26:3Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled in the palace

of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas, 4and they plotted to arrest Jesus in

some sly way and kill him

Remember No Matter what people do Trust God

Isaiah says those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint.

3. No Matter What Happens He Trusts In God

A. Soldiers Beat Jesus No matter what Happens He Trusts In God

Matthew 27 :27 soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole

company of soldiers . 28They stripped him put a scarlet robe on him,

29 twisted together a crown of thorns set it on his head. They put a staff in his right

hand knelt in front of him and mocked him. "Hail, king of the Jews!"

30They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again.

B. When you deal with Issues in Life Remember "No Matter What Happen Trust In God"

Intense peer pressure, Unstable Homes, Unsafe family situations,

Massacres that happened like the one in Aurora, Colorado

In these Times we must grasp," a Trust in God.

C. We can rely on a loving Powerful God No matter what Happens Nothing Separates Us

Romans 8: 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor

demons,M neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39

neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation,

will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our . Lord.

4. No Matter Where You Are Trust in God

A. Where ever you are you can Trust In God

God told Joshua, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged,

for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

B. Joshua may be living where he feels Inadequate (Unable, Not sufficient)

C. Joshua may have been living where he feels overwhelmed (Helpless)

D. Joshua may have been living where one is unsure about the future (Heaven or Hell)

E. No Matter where you are Trust in God, Are you lost then Trust in God to be save

F. No matter where you are trust in God, if you are lost trust God and be saved, so you can "Fly Away" stand as we sing I’ll Fly Away
