Summary: You don’t have to cry for attention by wearing ‘Body hugging clothes’ which accentuates your body figure. God said ‘you need to be like a city on the hill’ shining bright.
TRUE MIRROR
For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror;(James 1:23).
God’s Word is the TRUE MIRROW that reveals your TRUE SELF, be it : complacency, compromises or What makes you precious and valuable is not your colour , which is just skin deep, what makes you unique is not your hair but your character, what makes you exceptional is not your height but your patience, what makes you outstanding is not your physique but your godliness. Dear Ladies, are you listening? We have allowed the world to creep into our mind, ape the cinema stars, dress like them, look like them, desire to be more and more like them and thereby have lost REAL VALUES in our life. I am talking to you today! Spend more time looking into the MIRROR of God’s word that would show your real face rather than the mirror that shows just your physical appearance. Listen to me please today……
You don’t have to cry for attention by wearing ‘Body hugging clothes’ which accentuates your body figure. God said ‘you need to be like a city on the hill’ shining bright so that people look at you and not lust for you but instead respect you and admire you for your good qualities. STOP flaunting and displaying your outside beauty and giving utmost care for it while your soul rotes on the inside. Jesus said, ‘What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? (Mark 8:36)
These values are forgotten because Physical beauty has taken over by storm today with the mushrooming of beauty parlors and also with plethora of youtube channels giving you tips to enhance your eyelashes and a lot more but alas women have forgotten to enrich their walk with God. Children spend more time with ‘make up kit’ today because they do what mothers do, let them see you spend time with God. Be woman of character and go the extra mile like Rebekah who watered ten camels so that you get the BEST in your life. Few tips for women: Work for your Church, help your pastor, volunteer in church activities, help in cleaning, beautifying and decorating your church. Don’t be just in the AUDIENCE but also know how tough it is to be on the OTHER SIDE and support God’s work. God bless you!
