TRAVELING WITH GOD
ISAIAH 43:1-3A
KEY THOUGHT: God is our traveling Companion
I. Life is A Journey With Challenges
A. We many times pass through the waters and there are times when we think we’ll drown. Sometimes the worries and things of this life might seem too much.
B. We many times pass through the rivers when we think we’ll just be swept away. Life sometimes can
go by so fast and before we know it, we’re down river.
C. We many times pass through the fires of life. Life is full of trials and tribulations that if we are not
careful, can burn us and scar us.

II. Life is A Journey With God
A. God will be with us in those times when we feel like life is too much and we can’t handle it all. He
will walk beside us and will carry us through the toughest times in our lives.
B. God will be with us all throughout our lives. Many times our days and weeks fly by, but God is
always there to steady us and anchor us.
C. God will always be with us during those times when we are tested in the fires of life.

III. Our Companion is With You Now
A. God has taken **** ****** to be with Him. God tells us plainly in these verses that He has redeemed us and is Our Savior. The reward for a life lived for God is being with Him when our journey in this
life is over.
B. God is here for you in your grief right now. He never leaves us alone to fend for ourselves or to travel alone. God promises comfort, peace, and strength.
C. God will be here for you as you continue the journey of life and go through the waters, rivers, and fires.
