Malnourished Church Series Part 2

OPENING PRAYER:

INTRO:

Is today’s church malnourished?

You may have heard said that today’s church is offering “Too much milk, not enough meat.”

• Preachers Compromising the “Word of Truth”

• Anxious over controversial matters

• offering too much Dessert (entertainment rather than conviction)

However:

• Most …NOT malnourished what they’re fed Sunday

• Malnourished because they’re not fed Monday –Saturday

• It’s what they’re not feeding themselves the rest of Week

Heb. 5:13-14 “Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil”

The Responsibility to remain nourished thru the Week relies on the individual!!

Sunday-Wednesday Messages, Tues - Sun night Prayer…The Doors are always open, the Classrooms are available. Here’s the Church, Here’s the Steeple ,Open the doors… Where ARE all the People?

They may not be here, BUT We Are!! The Lord is saying” This is a time of need to feed upon the Truth of his Word so long ignored, it is time to prepare and re-build your strength ,the days of malnutrition are over for those who want to live and live fast and strong in the power of His might!

POINT 1: Lack of Knowlege

So little is understood and so few look at the demons of this World Matt 12:43-47 (KJV) tells us that we can be cleansed of unclean spirits, however if we do not keep filled with the Spirit of the Lord that the Spirit will go and bring 7 more and we are worse off than before :

{”When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.”}

My People perish for lack of knowledge, Tonight we are going to feed upon the Meat!

We are in time of:

• Toxic Faith/ Wicked-cold Hearts

• Increasing Apostasy

• The threat of a Gangrenous Nation

Survival will be of the Fittest , it is a time of :

• A call to Action

• New Level / New “Devils”

• Need to dig Deeper

POINT 2 Recognize the Counterfeit

It is time to get serious! 1 Peter 5:8 KJV “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour “

• Expound: Our Defense Systems/Borders have been weakened

• Penetration by Strongmen of the Dark World increased

• Especially the #1 Strongman/his cohorts

Responsibility lies with Christian Leaders, and members to bind/defeat their operation:

• within our homes,

• personal/professional lives and this church.

To recognize the Counterfeit you must first know without a Doubt what is REAL. Know our Weapon {CHRIST} Jesus is Lord, savior redeemer…….

Thank You Lord, We are children of the King, sons/daughters of God-by Faith. We are redeemed from the Curse, crucified with Christ and We receive the Blessings through His Promises. It is not by might nor by power but by His Spirit, we purify ourselves in the Word , resist ,stand, release the Sword of the Lord against the powers of the enemy in Your Name, open our Eyes!

Belial [BELL- E – Y-AHL]

• Most Wicked

• Vile spirit

• ruler of wickedness

• Strong Man of Spirits

End-time spirit assigned to:

• corrupt the earth, drawing individuals/ nations into abominable sins

• said to be the King of Hell next to Satan

• to draw into immorality ungodliness, blindness and lead into apostasy

• to reign without restraint .,

• Personification of Pride

• bring curse/ judgment of God..Lawlessness and without profit!

• Belial desires to murder and destroy the Lord's anointed!

• promote his evil plan

He is a strongman that attacks ministers and churches. Hmm kinda what we Are seeing happen today! Hebrew Word: Belial is translated "ungodliness" in 2 Sam 22:5 and Psalm 18:4. Hebrew expression, "the floods of ungodliness (Belial)," Evil men spoken of in several Old Testament passages as "sons of Belial" (e.g., Deut 13:13 (1 Sam 2:12). In the New Testament: 2Cor 6:15 Describes one who is so filled with pride and envy that he will not tolerate having anyone over him, usurping his position of superiority or authority. All That?
