THREE GIFTS OF CHRIST

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

1. He gave his LOVE (at the cross.)

Gal.2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

A. A love that has never been showen again.from any form.

B. A love that is still strong.

C.A never failing love.

D.A love for all man kind.

2.He gives his life . (From the throne)

John 17:2As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

3And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

A. He has all power in heaven and earth.

B.Christ now sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for us.

C.He gave his life to prove his love for all man kind.

3.He gives his Liberty for us to enjoy. (Through the Gospel)

Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

A. Anonited by the Holy Spirit

B. Filled with the Holy Spirit.

C.Kept through the Holy Spirit.

D.Eyes open in the Holy Spirit.

4. We must Believe his Love

1st John 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment

5.His life is to be received .

John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

6. His liberty is to be enjoyed

Gal. 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
