One Reason God Established America.

F2

I believe as an American Pastor of Harvest Baptist Church in the Northwest part of GA, that God established this Great Land we call America for many reasons.

F3

One reason is that we are to be the Voice of the Living God through Jesus Christ our Lord promoting the Gospel and preaching the Truth of the Lord.

F4

For this One reason we are to Boldly proclaim that Jesus is the only way to Heaven.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. KJV

F5

The article in the Greek is an adjective. Jesus said, “I am the way.” He is not just a person who shows the way, but He, personally, is the way. No church or ceremony can bring you to God. Only Christ can bring you to God. He is the way. Either you have Christ or you don’t have Him; either you trust Him or you don’t. Dr. J.V. McGee

F6

Also Jesus said that He is the truth. He isn’t saying that He tells the truth, although He does do that. He is the truth! He is the true litmus test for truth, the very pinnacle of truth. And He is the life. He isn’t simply stating that He is alive. He is the source, the origin of life from the lowest of life to the highest of life. Dr. J.V. McGee

F7

This truth is man’s only hope to live an eternal life with Jehovah God our creator is to be Born Again.

F8

This Truth is that mankind is born a sinner in need of a Great Savoir Jesus Christ our Lord.

Psalm 51:5 For I was born a sinner--yes, from the moment my mother conceived me. NLT

F9

This Truth is that mankind as good as he is will never merit enough favor with God to go to heaven. “We must say of ourselves that we are sinners and that there is no good in us.

Today there are many sitting in our churches so cold and so comfortable that they do not realize that in God’s sight they are sinners.

F10

Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: KJV

What does it mean to be righteous? Well, it means to be right. Right with whom? We are to be right with God. And if we are going to be right with God, it is a little different from being right with your fellow man. When we have differences with friends, we may or may not be to blame, but we have to reach some sort of compromise. But if we are going to be right with God, we are going to play according to His rules.

F11

This Truth is that only a spotless Lamb our Lord Jesus could die and pay our sin debt and truly satisfy God for the remission of sin and the redemption of man.

F12

1 Peter 1:18-21

For as much as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 19But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 21Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

F13

This Truth is that the only way that we can receive this forgiveness is to by faith (believing is something we can’t see or touch) and accept this message of the Gospel and ask God to forgive us of our sins.

F14

Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

F15

This Truth is that we are to turn or repent of our sins.

Job 42:6 Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.

Ezekiel 14:6 Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations.

F16

Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Luke 13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Dr. Luke stated twice the same statement which carries strong warning..
