The Strength Of Storms

Summary: The answers to our deepest questions, of who we are, and where we stand for Christ lay in the storms of life.
1. The Reason for the storm.
A. Jesus put the disciples into the boat.= Jesus puts us in the storm so we may grow.
B. The disciples are obedient to the Lord.
C. It reminds us that it is better to be on our knees before the storm, than to get knocked on our knees during the storm.
2. The Result of The storm
A. Storms remind us that life is fragile. It is broken easily.
B. Storms remind us that our faith is fraile. The disciples’ faith wasn’t as deep as they had thought.
C. Storms remind us that God is faithful, if it brings us closer to Jesus; it is time, and tears well spent.
D. Heart ache is common in the midst of a storm
