The Renewed Image Of A Christian

Topic: THE RENEWED IMAGE OF A CHRISTIAN

John 19:2-3 King James Version (KJV)

2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,

3 And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.

Beloved, Jesus is King of kings and not only King of the Jews. His Kingdom is above all kingdoms, greater and mightier than every other kingdom.

He was crowned with thorns that human hands have woven. A Crown of Thorns, think about it: no king in this world or universe or any kingdom has ever worn one, is wearing one or will ever wear one.

This crown is special and powerful and unique. A Crown that only Jesus the King of kings can wear and is wearing.

Beloved a Crown that causes you to shed blood from your head; blood that drips from the crown of your head, over your face, through your beard

to the ground.

Beloved, no king, ever shed his blood like this to make a covenant with a deity for his people.

Jesus shed this blood from the crown of His head for the renewal of our image and mind as Christians and children of God.

This blood is to wash our heads and faces that our image would be transformed to conform to His and our minds renewed, so that we become just like Him and He will be the firstborn amongst us.

Beloved by this blood your image is renewed. Your mind is also renewed daily to match your new image, as He is so are you and you are seated in heavenly places with Him.

Until you accept this and live in this knowledge, you will not see the manifestation of this renewal in your life or thinking.

Beloved you are a new person, don't be deceived. Old things are passed away and all things including your image and mind are made new to the glory of God.

Beloved dissociate from the old life, way of thinking and habits, ask Jesus to separate you from them. Don't live that old you anymore, you are a new person with the image and mind of Christ.

Beloved I charge you from this day to live this Christlike image fully as you are empowered by Precious Holy Spirit to move in the light of Jesus and think according to His ways. Don't be lukewarm, be on fire for Jesus; always hot and ready to deal rightly in His light.

We give glory to God for His mercies, love and blessings that are new every morning. We thank Him for the channels He has created for us to receive from Him and to transform into what He wants according to His glory.

Beloved *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS*, let's live this new image of Jesus we carry as children of God and Christians fully to the glory of Jehovah. Amen.

Prayer: Father let thy Spirit lead me in all things so I always live in the light of Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
