The Power In The Blood Of Jesus - 4 Series

The power in the blood of Jesus cannot be fully understood by us, the power in the blood is not an ordinary topic. The blood of Jesus is so powerful, and the blood of Jesus was poured out for us a sacrifice when Jesus went on the cross voluntarily on that day. The blood was shed for every one of us.

The blood of Jesus is powerful, that we cannot but go back and speak about the power in the blood of Jesus. The bible records that the blood of Abel spoke from the ground where he was buried - Genesis 4:10, the blood of Abel spoke and God heard his voice from where he was seated in heaven, let us for a second imagine the blood of Abel crying out on that day and for a second imagine God hearing his voice from here he was buried

Of course, the first thing that will come to our mind was that God was grieved, because he did not expect that he would be hearing the voice of Abel from where he was buried! but let's say that God is the Omnipresence God - this means he is present everywhere at all times. so, we can understand that God is present with us and knows all things. Therefore, we can believe that God knew that Abel was going to be killed and buried by his brother.

God could not stop the death of Abel because he had given man the freewill to do what he wanted to do and Cain because of his freewill killed Abel. Abel's blood was now crying out from where he was buried and even in death his blood was crying out for vengeance against his brother Cain.

This is why the book of Hebrews 12:24 says in the following versions:

The Nkjv version

To Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.

Amplified version

And to Jesus, the Mediator of a new covenant [uniting God and man], and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance].

Contemporary version

And Jesus is here! He is the one who makes God's new agreement with us, and his sprinkled blood says much better things than the blood of Abel.

The blood of Jesus is the blood of the new covenant and speaks mercy to us his children. The blood of Jesus speaks on behalf of us. The blood of Jesus it's real and was shed on that day and Jesus cried out it is finished! - John 19:30

It is finished said Jesus on that day that he died. What is finished?

The works of the devil is finished in Jesus' name, and we need to lay hold of the finished works of Jesus everyday of our lives. We are to live in the revelation of the finished work of Jesus, and we can do this by going back to the word of God for every situation of our lives.

The bible is filled of all the promises of God and a s we meditate and pray about the promises of God we see the results we want to see in or lives, The word of God is powerful, just as the blood of Jesus is powerful.
