Summary: The LORD is my shepherd;

Psalm 23:1-6 I. The Lord is a Present Shepherd.

The LORD is my shepherd; Ps 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

II. The Lord is a Personal Shepherd. The LORD is my shepherd

III. The Lord is a Practical Shepherd. I shall not want :- In Life, In Death, In Eternity.

Phil. 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

IV. The Lord is a Pardoning Shepherd. He restoreth my soul: - 1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

V. The Lord is a Protecting Shepherd. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

VI. The Lord is a Preparing Shepherd. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:

John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

VII. The Lord is a Providing Shepherd. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Provides :- A Help, A Hope, & A Home.
