Summary: To understand the Kingdom of God.

Matthew 6:33

The kingdom of God (not heaven).

We need to understand the kingdom of God, how to get into the kingdom, the gifts and weapons of the Kingdom; why satan wants you to never understand the kingdom of God and reaffirm your commitment to the kingdom of God.

The kingdom of God does not mean to:

1. Put God first

2. Be at church every time doors open

3. Leave your brain on the sidewalk and neglect everything

The kingdom of God is this: God’s way and system of doing things.

The revelation of the kingdom of God in its first stages was given to a worldly man, but he could not interpret it.

Daniel 2:26-44

People who only have knowledge of world’s affairs cannot understand the mystery.

This world will not be destroyed by America or Soviet Union, but by people who know how to control things.

v. 28- 31 – God will make know things in the last days.

v. 44 – A new kind of people will possess the kingdom, which will stand forever.

v. 46 – 48 – favor and promotion came to Daniel to be seated at the gate of the king

Daniel 7:18 and 27

v. 18

“But the saints of the Highest One will receive the Kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, for all ages to come.”

v. 27

“Then the sovereignty, the dominion, and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.

Hebrews 1:8

“But of the Son He says, thy throne, O God, is forever and ever. And the righteous scepter is the scepter of His kingdom”.

The specter of the king is righteousness.

Matthew 2:1-8

When wise men came from east, they did not come to see a child but a king.

John 18:33-37

They arrested Jesus and killed him within 24 hours. It had to do with his kingship. How many people have a trial in 24 hours?

John 19:2-3, 12-19

The whole mockery is not based on his being a Savior, but over his kingship.

Matthew 4:8

The Holy Spirit (not the devil) led Jesus. He was first baptized in Holy Ghost and fasted 40 days and then he met satan.

What is the way to the kingdom?

Luke 6:20-23

Luke 8:10

On the earth, there is going to be a church who knows the mystery of the kingdom. In the church is going to be that people that is going produce these people will produce these people.

How do you get into the kingdom of God?

Nicodemus came to him at night and introduced him to the kingdom. Except a man be born again, he cannot go to heaven? No – he cannot enter the kingdom.

We preach the Gospel of Christ; but we need to preach the Gospel of the kingdom of God into all the world so the end can come.

Why do so many people backslide?

They came in and didn’t know why the came. They are waiting to go to heaven. There is no excitement; so they go back into the world until heaven comes.

What attracted Jesus from rising from the dead?

For forty days, he had private sessions with his disciples about the kingdom of God. He had to tell them about the kingdom.

Acts 1:1-11

He was not talking to the world but the remnant of the kingdom of God. But once he gave them instruction, he said the wind is going to come.

The angels rebuked them and said go back and wait for the wind so you can teach the kingdom of God.

The day has arrived that the church can understand that the kingdom of God is being set upon the earth.

The king has already come; he is on His throne; the wind of Holy Ghost is blowing and blown and now the kingdom of this world is to became the kingdom of God.

How will this kingdom grow?

There is only one place Jesus can grow and that is His church. If Christ is limited in the world; then the church limits Him.

How will it be set up on the earth? By WAR.

There must be warfare in establishing the kingdom.

People don’t understand why we talk in tongues. Every army needs to talk in there secret code.
