Summary: What a day that will be ,when we all get to heaven.

THE HEAVENLY JERUSALEM

Rev. 22:1And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

2In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

3And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

4And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

5And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

Here are seven glorious facts given in the last chapter of our Bible.

(1) There shall be no more curse.

Rev. 22:3And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

1st cor . 15:55O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

56The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

57But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Gen. 3:16Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

17And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

How glorious to have the curse of sin gone.

There will be no night

No tears no broken hearts

No pain no parting

No death

(2) The throne of God and the Lamb

Rev. 22:3And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

Now the throne has become one eternal Love and Grace

They now flow like a river

We drank of it at Calvary now it’s the joy of our souls

(3) His servants shall serve him

No idle ones in Heaven

No tired ones in Heaven

No marred ones from sin of any form

No weakness in Heaven

It will all be glory

(4) We shall see his face

Rev, 22:4And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

We now have and eternal vision

Sin can never hide his face

We shall see him and be like him forever

1st John 3:2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

(5) His name shall be in our foreheads

Rev, 22:4And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

His Holy name in our foreheads

His name and glory shall be ours for all eternity

We must magnify him for ever and ever

Praise and Glorified him for ever

(6) No night there

Rev. 22:5And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

When we remember the darkness from which we were delivered

Blinded by Satan we can cry “ I once was blind but now I see”

Cries of Joy for ever.

(7) They shall reign forever

Rev 21:2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

We shall reign forever never to die again

No sin

No Devil

No need for anything.
