Psalm 112 The Godly

1. Their Praise is -

Focused - 1 Praise ye the Lord.

Fixed - Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord,

Favoured - that delighteth greatly in his commandments.

2. Their Posterity is -

Powerful - 2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth:

Plentiful - the generation of the upright shall be blessed.

Profitable - 3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house:

Perpetual - and his righteousness endureth for ever.

3. Their Provision of -

Guidance - 4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness:

Grace - he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Goodness - 5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth:

Glory - he will guide his affairs with discretion.

4. Their Permanence is

Rooted - 6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever

Remembered - the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.

Relaxed - 7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings:

Recorded - his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.

5. Their Peace - 8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid,

6. Their Promise - until he see his desire upon his enemies.

7. Their Plenty - 9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor;

8. Their Purity - his righteousness endureth for ever;

9. Their Profit - his horn shall be exalted with honour.

10. Their Prize -

The Grief of the Wicked - 10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved;

The Groan of the Wicked - he shall gnash with his teeth, & melt away

The Grave of the Wicked - the desire of the wicked shall perish.
