2 Corinthians 1:3 (Amplified Bible)

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of sympathy (pity and mercy) and the God [Who is the Source] of every comfort (consolation and encouragement),

Ephesians 2:4-5 (Amplified Bible)

But God—so rich is He in His mercy! Because of and in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense love with which He loved us,

Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings and trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship and in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation).

1 Peter 5:10 (Amplified Bible)

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favor], Who has called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen, and settle you.

Psalms 59:17 (Amplified Bible)

Unto You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; for God is my Defense, my Fortress, and High Tower, the God Who shows me mercy and steadfast love.

Our worship/devotions/quiet times with the LORD JESUS gives us a lot of gifts that are blessings upon blessings. Make it a habit and lifestyle to meet with the KING of kings and LORD of lords very early in the morning, before you meet anyone and before every task at hand that you will face and do. You will enjoy His Blessings of Acquaintance as you do it.

Psalms 21:3 (Amplified Bible)

For You send blessings of good things to meet him; You set a crown of pure gold on his head.

B. Result of meeting with the LORD: The LORD will allow me to see my enemies defeated.

"God will let me look [triumphantly] on my enemies (those who lie in wait for me)"

Romans 10:2-3 (Amplified Bible)

I bear them witness that they have a [certain] zeal and enthusiasm for God, but it is not enlightened and according to [correct and vital] knowledge.

For being ignorant of the righteousness that God ascribes [which makes one acceptable to Him in word, thought, and deed] and seeking to establish a righteousness (a means of salvation) of their own, they did not obey or submit themselves to God’s righteousness.

Luke 19:41-44 (Amplified Bible)

And as He approached, He saw the city, and He wept [audibly] over it,

Exclaiming, Would that you had known personally, even at least in this your day, the things that make for peace (for freedom from all the distresses that are experienced as the result of sin and upon which your peace—your security, safety, prosperity, and happiness—depends)! But now they are hidden from your eyes.

For a time is coming upon you when your enemies will throw up a bank [with pointed stakes] about you and surround you and shut you in on every side.

And they will dash you down to the ground, you [Jerusalem] and your children within you; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, [all] because you did not come progressively to recognize and know and understand [from observation and experience] the time of your visitation [that is, when God was visiting you, the time in which God showed Himself gracious toward you and offered you salvation through Christ].
