The Glory Of God

Topic: THE GLORY OF GOD
John 17:1 King James Version (KJV)
17 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
It is only when we have eternal life that we can pray the prayer of Jesus, "Father the hour has come, glorify your Son that the Son may glorify you". But as Christians this should be our prayer always.
This prayer is a prayer of transmission of light from a source and reflection of the light rays back to the source.
Beloved when God Almighty glorifies you, it is your duty to reflect His glory to Him that His greatness, goodness and holiness would be seen by all.
It is our lives that acts as the mirror to reflect His glory to Him when He glorifies us. Our lives are the mirrors to do this.
A shady life is not clear to do this, it's like a broken or crushed mirror or a mirror covered with mist but a clean and godly life reflects the glory perfectly well to Him for such a life is like a well polished mirror.
A shady life is one that depends on self to live and it is prideful. A clean and godly life is one that depends on Jesus alone to live. This is the life that is directed by Precious Holy Spirit who lives in the heart. This life is humble and obedient unto Jesus.
Beloved without the glory of God upon you, you can't move forward, or stand out or have success or anything of the sort. His glory is Him and in His glory is His presence, authority and power. When God is always with you then His glory is always upon you.
The only way to get this glory activated and working for you and giving you success and all, is when you reflect this glory back to God. You reflect it by showing His goodness, greatness and holiness.
Your testimonies, praises you give to Him and also the worship you give to Him does this. Jesus is the only one to do this with you. Without Jesus all these would not hold water.
He is Jesus and there is none like Him. *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Catch the revelation and walk by it.
Prayer: Father glorify me that I may also glorify thee in the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
