The Fire of Faith Within Me Won't Let You Deny Me

by

Dr. Gale A. Ragan-Reid (9/7/2013)

“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,...

One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)” (Ephesians 3: 16-20; 4: 5-10, King James Version, The great love of Christ; Paul exhorteth to unity).

In the fire of faith, in the Name of Jesus,

I come before you today, my brothers and sisters, to speak truth of Christ, in the measure of Christ. Today, we stand before those who seek to take all for themselves by denying rightful ownership. In the multitude of nano-seconds that filled time, in the course of the last two months, I have been denied rightful ownership to my horse, since fighting a four year court battle, only to have a sheriff who decided to take my horse again, a second time, cleverly give my horse to someone else in his authority and then have the someone else give my horse to yet another someone else. The corrupt sheriff knowingly took my horse, again and this was done to laugh in the face of the decision it took four years to get and in the face of the judge, district attorney, and court proceedings that scrutinized documents for four years, which decided they could not deny me my horse because of the evidence presented proved doubt in the theory that my horse belonged to someone else (prevailing justice). I have been told a lot of the problems of the deep south is illiteracy.

It does not take a rocket scientist, to see, truth, yet we live and learn everyday and by this we know that there are those who are still rooted in the darkness of death, who did not receive the good news and who are not in the marvelous light of Christ Jesus. They are still lost. The sheriff cannot deny my rightful ownership to my horse. The sheriff cannot take my horse. We are one body.

We find in days of unbelief in Christ, we have workers of iniquity, foot soldiers of Satan, in municipalities, towns, communities, and neighborhoods, who are dark forces that stand against the words of God and the gospel of Christ. We are, indeed, on the battlefield, fighting the good fight of faith. The fire of faith within me won't let you deny me my horse. If, I let you deny me my horse, then, you will deny me all my property rights, which is not a decision that a sheriff can make without unrest. We are still in rest, here, in America, in spite of the civil unrest that is an affliction to the peoples of the world, in distant lands and neighboring lands.

We know, as unsettling as it might sound, there are forces of darkness that aspire to take (overthrow) America, so that they might, in turn, take all properties in America. I am not talking about strangers, for we know the terrorism intentions, I am talking about your neighbors in our neighborhoods and your friends in our fellowship, who do not honor Christ and all that Christ stands for in distribution of wealth. I am talking about those folks who see themselves as better than other folks and more entitled to your property than you are; those who deny your rightful ownership and take

property (justice denied). I stand with Paul, who was a sheriff, himself, named Saul, before he was changed on the road to Damascus, to work in the Office of Christ, as an apostle, believing on the promise of Christ, “That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:” (Ephesians 3: 6, KJV [The great love of Christ]).
