Summary: The Lord Jesus said in Matthew 18:20 that He is present wherever two or three gather in His Name. The Presence of God is something that cannot be taken lightly or casually. His Presence is a reality. And where His Presence exists amazing things which is being human comprehension can be expected.

There is nothing greater than the Presence of God. His Presence is a Reality. There is none like Him. His Presence cannot be taken lightly or casually. The Presence of God is not what people think as goosebumps. It is a reality. One should be familiar to Him to understand His Presence.

When I walk into my house from outside my wife understands my presence maybe because of the smell of my perfume or the sound of my steps or my voice because she is familiar. She is familiar because she is used to me for years. Similarly, we can understand Him and His Presence once we become familiar.

In Genesis 28:16 we see that Jacob woke up from his sleep and understood it was God who was present there but he could not recognise it. The sad part in someone's life is not understanding the presence of God. Even in the worship services, prayer meetings many a times we fail to understand His Presence simply because we take it as a routine, we count it as usual. When Jesus said He is present He meant He literally is. And where His Presence is there is freedom, there is deliverance.

In many parts of the Book of Acts we see the manifestation of His Presence. His Presence has the ability and the capability to do the impossible that which no human mind can comprehend. When God appeared in the Bible the manifestation was tangible. When we know it is God then we have that reverence, that fear which He expects from us.

In Genesis 32 the same Jacob when he realised the Presence of God it is recorded in the Bible that he did not leave God. He wrestled with Him asking Him for the blessing. He had every material possession but he understood that it was worth nothing when compared to the blessing of God.

That encounter changed her entire course of life. That is where he was called Israel from Jacob which meant a deciever.

His Presence changes our identity.

Let us seek Him and let His Presence change our entire being and our destiny see a breakthrough.

God bless you abundantly !!!
