The Deception Of Evil. Series

In a world where truth is often distorted, some individuals embrace falsehoods and deceive others. The Bible warns us about the dangers of evil deception and encourages us to seek God's truth.

_2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 - "The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness."

This passage reveals that evil individuals will embrace lies and deceit, leading to their condemnation.

_Proverbs 14:8 - "The wisdom of the prudent is to give thought to their ways, but the folly of fools is deceit."

Here, Solomon highlights the contrast between wisdom and deceit.

_John 8:44 - "You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies."

Jesus confronts the Pharisees, exposing the devil's nature as a liar and deceiver.
