VIII. MAIN BODY:

A. HOLY SPIRIT is the Perfect Teacher

"But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things."

1 Corinthians 2:13 (Amplified Bible)

And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the [Holy] Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language [to those who possess the Holy Spirit].

1 John 2:27 (Amplified Bible)

But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do].

It's a disaster to be taught by men, but not by the HOLY SPIRIT because He can teach us at the same time change us from within. All that men can teach us are theories, but HOLY SPIRIT teaches us in action. What we needed to do just at the right time and at the right place by His "still small voice" within us giving us specific instructions.

The HOLY SPIRIT is our Comforter (parakletos)

John 16:13 (Amplified Bible)

But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future].

John 15:26 (Amplified Bible)

But when the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, Whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth Who comes (proceeds) from the Father, He [Himself] will testify regarding Me.

2 Corinthians 1:22 (Amplified Bible)

[He has also appropriated and acknowledged us as His by] putting His seal upon us and giving us His [Holy] Spirit in our hearts as the security deposit and guarantee [of the fulfillment of His promise].

B. HOLY SPIRIT can only remind

"And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you. "

If we don't read and meditate the WORD of GOD, by so doing even memorize it by heart, the HOLY SPIRIT can't remind us, because He can only remind us of things we already know. He also depends on the WORD of GOD, so our part in our "partnership" with GOD is to know, read, study, meditate, memorize GOD's WORD every day of our lives.

Psalms 16:7 (Amplified Bible)

I will bless the Lord, Who has given me counsel; yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.

Psalms 73:24 (Amplified Bible)

You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to honor and glory.

IX. CONCLUSION:

The HOLY SPIRIT is our Perfect Teacher and not experience or circumstances.
