The Blood Of Jesus!

THE BLOOD OF JESUS!

We are sharing four of the most important aspects of the Blood of Jesus. We are living in an age where the liberal churches do not like to preach or will sing what they call the blood house or slaughter house religion. Yet if Jesus did not shed His precious blood we could never have the forgiveness of sins and be saved. Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

I. Man’s blood.

A. Natural Blood we have red blood cells satisfying for need for continual life.

B. Blood Plasma is for emergency situations to save and sustain life.

C. White Blood Cells fights and destroys infections.

II. In the perfect sinless blood of Jesus Christ is everything needed for complete cleansing from sin, there is healing, deliverance and total victory over sin!

III. Jesus Blood shed for us.

A. SATISFIES GOD. Colossians 1:19-20 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; 20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

B. SAVES THE SINNER. Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

C. SANCTIFIES THE BELIEVER. Hebrews 13;12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

D. SECURES THE BELIEVER. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Closing.

There is a fountain filled with blood,

Drawn from Immanuel’s veins,
