We have a new life in Christ when He came here on earth to redeem us from the hands of our adversary - Satan who is also known as Lucifer. The plan of God when our first Father fell had to come to being immediately because of the love God had for us His children.
God did not desire to leave us in darkness and He had to set up a plan of redemption which He had on His mind even before the fell happened. The faithfulness of God towards us His children is awesome and powerful, God did not want His children to be in bondage and this is because of His love for us all.
Colossians 1:13
For He has rescued us and has drawn us to Himself from the dominion of darkness, and has transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,
When man fell, the plan of redemption had to be put in place so that we can be free from the sin of Adam. when Adam fell it automatically affected us as well, the reason been that we were all in Adam and God could not leave us in that darkness that Adam through his sin had put us. God saw the future of man because He is our creator, and in His love and compassion decided to redeem us all.
The coming of Jesus had to be put in place and He came through a supernatural way - Matthew 1: 18 - 25
Matthew 1: 18 - 25
Conception and Birth of Jesus
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: when His mother Mary had been [a]betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child by [the power of] the Holy Spirit. And Joseph her [promised] husband, being a just and righteous man and not wanting to expose her publicly to shame, planned to send her away and divorce her quietly. But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, descendant of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a Son, and you shall name Him Jesus (The Lord is salvation), for He will save His people from their sins.” All this happened in order to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the prophet [Isaiah]: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel”—which, when translated, means, “God with us.” Then Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him, and he took Mary [to his home] as his wife, but he kept her a virgin until she had given birth to a Son [her firstborn child]; and he named Him Jesus (The Lord is salvation).
The coming of Jesus changed everything for us and set us free from the plans of Satan to put us in darkness. Satan did not want us to be free from Him and His wickedness, but to remain in that darkness where He resides and God in His love for mankind came through His Son to make sure that we are not left in darkness - Mark 1:10; John 1: 32 - 33; John 6: 38.
We thank God for coming down to save us through His Son Jesus Christ and brought us a new life in the plan of redemption, The new covenant -
Jeremiah 31: 27 - 34
A New Covenant
“Behold (listen carefully), the days are coming,” says the Lord, “when I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man and with the seed of beast. It will be that as I have watched over them to uproot and to break down, to overthrow, destroy, and afflict with disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant [with good],” says the Lord.
“In those days they will not say again,
‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes,
And the children’s teeth are set on edge.’
But everyone will die [only] for his own wickedness; every man who eats sour grapes—his [own] teeth shall be set on edge.
Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel (the Northern Kingdom) and with the house of Judah (the Southern Kingdom), not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” says the Lord. “But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says the Lord, “I will put My law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they will be My people. And each man will no longer teach his neighbor and his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me [through personal experience], from the least of them to the greatest,” says the Lord. “For I will forgive their wickedness, and I will no longer remember their sin.”
