Plan for: Thanksgiving | Advent | Christmas
Where you are now is not the end, its just the beginning. This is not the end it’s just the start of great things.
Today, I want to talk about the conditions we face in life. We all have conditions, and no matter how long we've lived, we all experience them. A condition refers to the state or form of existence of a person or thing at a particular time. As Christians, we need to understand that no matter what condition we may be in, God has a solution. It's not about the condition itself, but about what God can do to deliver us and lead us into our destiny. Today, I will discuss three key points: understanding your condition, prayer in the midst of your condition, and having expectation for a better outcome.
We must first recognize that God has already declared our end from the beginning. He knows our thoughts and has plans for our lives. This declaration gives us peace and assurance that our current condition is not the end but just the beginning. Our condition does not define us; it is an opportunity for God to work in our lives. We can find comfort in knowing that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and that all things work together for our good.
Approaching God in prayer is crucial when facing difficult conditions. How we approach Him can open or close doors for us. We should pray with faith, believing that our condition is not our conclusion. Just as Hezekiah prayed for more time to complete his work, we should not allow our condition to distract us from praying with faith. We must remember that our condition does not control us; we have the power to overcome it through prayer.
Expectation is the breeding ground for miracles. When we pray with expectation, we create an atmosphere for God to work wonders in our lives. We may not know when or how God will answer our prayers, but we can trust that He will. Having faith and expecting a positive outcome is essential. We overcome our conditions by the blood of the Lamb and by declaring things that are not as though they were.
No matter what condition you may be facing, it is not your conclusion. Your condition may involve struggles with drugs, alcohol, smoking, sex, lust, pain, or abuse. But remember, God says that is not your conclusion. It is merely a trick of the enemy to make you believe that you will always be bound by your condition. I am here to testify that it is not over until God says it is over.
Let's look at some examples from the Bible: Moses had a condition; he was a murderer. Yet, that was not his conclusion. He became the savior of the Jews, leading them out of Egypt. Naaman had a condition; he was a leper. But that was not his conclusion either. After following Elisha's instructions, he was cleansed.
In conclusion, remember that you are not at your end; you are just at the beginning. Trust in God's plan for your life and have faith that He will bring you through your current condition into a better conclusion.
