A. Sin is our problem.
B. We're like Gomer James 4:4, Rom 3:10, 3:23
C. Gomer gave lovers credit for properity
1. Hosea 2:5-7 - It was Hosea that proved for her.
a. Does Christ wonder why we give credit to other people instead of Him.
II. Price vs. 2 - Hosea paid for Gomer
A. With Gomers lifestyle, Hosea still bought her back.
B. The silver and Barley was a full price for a slave.
C. Jesus Christ paid the price for our salvation.

3. Rom. 3:24
With the problem of sin, Christ paid the price for us.
III. Promise vs. 3 - Hosea pledged his love for Gomer.
A. Hosea declared her to be faithful BUT gave his promise to be faithful to her.
B. Heb. 13:5 - He will never leave us nor forsake us.
Jesus Christ deplayed His ability to love a people that was unlovable.
