Isaiah 40:28-31 (KJV) Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

[29] He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

[30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

(31) But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

VERY BRIEFLY IF I COULD GET A BAPTIST AMEN -A METHODIST NOD AND A SANTIFIED CHURCH HALLEJUAH

I WANT TO REASON WITH YOU ON THE THOUGHT

(STRENGHT FOR THE WEARY)

MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS

THE TEXT BEFORE US IS CENTERED AROUND

TRIBE OF JUDAH

WHO ARE IN BABLONIOAN CAPITITY

FACING A LONG DIFFICULT JOURNEY

AND INSTEAD OF PRAISING GOD

THEY WE`RE COMPLAINING TO GOD

THAT HE DID NOT KNOW OR WAS`NT CONCERN

WITH THERE PRESENT SITUATION

AND THERE COMPLANT WAS THAT THEY DID`NT

HAVE STRENGHT FOR THE JOURNEY

BUT IT`S IMPORTANT TO REALIZE THAT GOD

KNOWS WHAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH

AND WE COULD NEVER ENDURE LIFE`S JOURNEY IN OUR OWN STRENGHT

BUT WE CAN ALWAYS TRUST AND DEPEND ON GOD TO PROVIDE THE STRENGHT WE NEED FOR

THE JOURNEY

BECAUSE IF WE TRUST OURSELVES WE WILL

FAINT AND FALL

BUT IF WE TRUST IN THE LORD HE WILL GIVE US ENOUGH STRENGHT FOR THE JOURNEY

BECAUSE IF WE

"Trust in ourselves, we are doomed to disappointment;

If we trust in our friends, and they will die and leave us

If we trust in our reputation, some slanderous tongue will blast us

But when we trust in God,

GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE US OR FORSAKE US

ISAIAH REMINDS US

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

NOW THE KEY WORD IN THIS VERSE IS (WAIT)

AND THE WORD WAIT DOES NOT SUGGEST THAT WE SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING

BUT IT MEANS TO HOPE

TO LOOK TO GOD FOR ALL THAT WE NEED

NOW THE REASON WHY SOME OF US IS

HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS WORD-WAIT IN 2025

BECAUSE WE ARE INTERPRETING THIS WORD OUT OF IT`S PROPER CONTEXTS

AND WE WILL DO THAT IF WE INTERPERT THIS WORD FROM IT`S PASSIVE TENSE

WHICH SUGGEST THE VUNERABLITY WE PLACE

OURSELVES IN WHILE WAITING

BUT WHEN WE VIEW IT FROM THE ACTIVE TENSE

WHICH TELLS US WHILE WE ARE WAITING GOD IS WORKING IN OUR BEHALF

AND AS LONG AS GOD IS WORKING

WE HAVE THE ASSURANCE THAT GOD IS GOING TO WORK THINGS OUT FOR OUR GOOD---

NOW LET`S LOOK AT HOW GOD IS WORKING WHILE WE ARE TRUSTING and WAITING

YOU SEE

"Waiting is not just the thing we have to do until we get what we hope for.

BUT Waiting is the process of becoming what we hope for."

BECAUSE IF THE TRUTH BE TOLD

There are things to be learned while we wait on God that can't be learned at any other time.

BECAUSE We need to learn to trust Him despite open-ended circumstances,

We need to be content with what we have or don't have in light of all that He promises.

So, when we wait for what we hope for,

It allows the Lord to accomplish the things for which He hopes for us.

(REJUVNATION)

ISAIAH TELLS US

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;

GOD WILL GIVE US REJUVNATION

IN OTHER WORDS

GOD WILL SUPPLY OUR NEEDS

AND GIVES US BACK EVERYTHING WE LOSE IN

THE PROCESS OF WAITING

CAN I CALL A BIBICAL WITINESS

COME HE RE JOB

AND IF ANY ONE HAS EVER STUDIED THE BOOK

OF JOB

YOU CAN TESTIFY THAT JOB WAS A MAN THAT WAITED ON GOD

CAN I TELL YOU WHAT I`M TALKING ABOUT

IN JOB THE 2ND CHAPTER

BRO AND SIS JOB HAS A TALK

AND IF YOU WOULD ALLOW ME PHARA-PHRASE THEIR CONVERSATION

SIS JOB TELLS BRO JOB

I`M SICK OF YOUR SITUATION I`M SICK OF HOW YOU SMELL

AND I`M SICK OF YOU SCRAPING THOSE SORES

OFF YOUR BODY

BUT MOST OF ALL I`M SICK OF HOW YOU ARE TRUSTING IN A GOD THAT HAS ABANDON YOU

-BUT IF YOU ARE A REAL MAN WHY DON`T YOU GET UP LOOK TOWARD HEAVEN AND CURSE GOD

AND DIE

THE BIBLE SAYS JOB DID GET UP

BUT HE DID NOT CURSE GOD

VERSE 10 IN THE TEXT REVEALS THAT BRO JOB TELLS SIS JOB

-THAT SHE`S TALKING LIKE A FOOLISH WOMAN
