Stop Feeding On Milk

What becomes of your life is entirely up to you? If you’re waiting on God to do something about your life, your wait will be in vain, because He already did all that’s required for you to have an excellent, glorious, and triumphant life. The works were finished from the foundation of the world (Hebrews 4:3 NKJV). All you have to do now is enjoy your life: enjoy everything that the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ provided for you. 2 Peter 1:3 says, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness....” Notice the tenses; it’s happened already: you’ve been given everything you require for the transcendent life.

Christianity is not about praying so that God can do something for us, no, no, no, no, …. this is the level of babes in Christ, who are yet to come to the understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ. True Christianity is coming into the knowledge of the Word, understanding the finished works of Christ and what it means for us who believe on his name and laying hold of such promises by faith. As a new born babes in Christ, God may answer your prayers, even when you did not pray in faith or in line with the scriptures, but when you grow up, he will stop answering such prayers. The time you say “oh God, please help me”, he will hit you with silent treatment, in other words he is actual saying, “the time to feed on milk is over, you go learn My Word and produce the miracle you would like to see in your life by faith in My Word.”
