Stay In Line With God's Plan

Acts 25:1-12 King James Version (KJV)

25 Now when Festus was come into the province, after three days he ascended from Caesarea to Jerusalem.

2 Then the high priest and the chief of the Jews informed him against Paul, and besought him,

3 And desired favour against him, that he would send for him to Jerusalem, laying wait in the way to kill him.

4 But Festus answered, that Paul should be kept at Caesarea, and that he himself would depart shortly thither.

5 Let them therefore, said he, which among you are able, go down with me, and accuse this man, if there be any wickedness in him.

6 And when he had tarried among them more than ten days, he went down unto Caesarea; and the next day sitting on the judgment seat commanded Paul to be brought.

7 And when he was come, the Jews which came down from Jerusalem stood round about, and laid many and grievous complaints against Paul, which they could not prove.

8 While he answered for himself, Neither against the law of the Jews, neither against the temple, nor yet against Caesar, have I offended any thing at all.

9 But Festus, willing to do the Jews a pleasure, answered Paul, and said, Wilt thou go up to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these things before me?

10 Then said Paul, I stand at Caesar's judgment seat, where I ought to be judged: to the Jews have I done no wrong, as thou very well knowest.

11 For if I be an offender, or have committed any thing worthy of death, I refuse not to die: but if there be none of these things whereof these accuse me, no man may deliver me unto them. I appeal unto Caesar.

12 Then Festus, when he had conferred with the council, answered, Hast thou appealed unto Caesar? unto Caesar shalt thou go.

Beloved, never ever based on current happenings or people's perception and words cause you to shift from the plan of God to what men want or your desire for freedom.

If it is God's will for you to stay in prison or in a particular difficulty or challenge for the fulfillment of His ultimate plan, do not try to free yourself. Follow His lead. When the time comes for freedom, He will free you.

Once He has given you knowledge of what He wants and you know the direction to go, follow so. Employ the God given wisdom He has blessed you with, to implement the knowledge and understanding you have from Him that His will shall be done.

Paul, knowing his final destination and where God wants him to testify kept to the will of God and stayed in line with it.

When Festus asked him whether he would want to go to Jerusalem to be tried, he gave a clear and straightforward answer: "I appeal unto Caessr".

Beloved he didn't allow the governor or anybody else to manipulate him to change his destiny direction or the will of God. He went straight for the ultimate destination, Rome, where Caesar is.

He knew God wants him to be in Rome to testify because the Lord had spoken to him and told him what He wants so Paul worked towards that as the Lord led and directed him to.

Beloved, don't be intimidated by anybody or anyone in authority. Just focus on Jesus and do as God Almighty wants, for *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else.

Stay in line with Gods ultimate plan for you, dont compromise, dont give up, be strong and courageous and push forward in Jesus name. For the Lord will make His will come to pass and give you victory.

Prayer: Father, please strengthen me and empower me to stay in line with your will no matter what the accusations or attacks or challenges are, to the glory of your name. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
