Summary: Spirit Living
Galatians 6 v 1 - 10 Spirit Living
The Faulty
The Man - 1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault,
The Method - ye which are spiritual, restore such an one
The Manner - in the spirit of meekness;
The Meekness - considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
The Faithful
The Charge - 2 Bear ye
The Challenge - one another's burdens,
The Cheer - and so fulfil the law of Christ.
The Foolish
His Pride - 3 For if a man think himself to be something,
His Place - when he is nothing,
His Peril - he deceiveth himself.
The Fruitful
It's Universal - 4 But let every man
It's Personal - prove his own work,
It's Commedable - and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone,
It's Acceptable - and not in another.
The Focus - 5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
John 21:
What Peter Saw - 20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee? (John)
What Peter Said -
21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?
What Peter Settled - 22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till
I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
The Faith Is to be -
Taught - 6 Let him that is taught in the word
Sought - communicate unto him that teacheth
Wrought - in all good things.
The Father
His Position - 7 Be not deceived;
His Perception - God is not mocked:
His Precision - for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Numbers 32: (the children of Gad, and the children of Reuben,
and half the tribe of Manasseh)
23 But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the Lord: and be sure your sin will find you out.
Be Sure - of your Sovereign - ye have sinned against the Lord:
Be Sure - of your Sin - and be sure your sin
Be Sure - of your Sentence - will find you out.
The Flesh
The Man - 8 For he
His Mission - that soweth to his flesh
His Mistake - shall of the flesh
His Misery - reap corruption;
The Future
The Other Man - but he
His Sowing - that soweth to the Spirit
His Growing - shall of the Spirit
His Knowing - reap life everlasting.
The Faint - 9 And let us not be weary in well doing:
The Find - for in due season we shall reap,
The Fact - if we faint not.
The Fervour
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men,
1 Corinthians 15:58 "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord."
The Fellowship
especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
