Summary: Welcome to the year 2020. As we begin this year, the most important thing that can guarantee our success is getting and operating in the wisdom of God.
Subject of Wisdom
Exo. 31:2-5; 35:30-31; 36:1; 1 Kings 7:13-14; Prov. 1:1-7; 24:3-4; Isa. 11:2
Knowledge: Hebrew word is “daath” and Greek word is “epignosis.” The ability “to mark and observe with a purpose.” The gathering of facts or information through education and experience in life (Prov. 18:15; Col. 2:8).
Understanding: Hebrew word is “tebunah” and Greek word is “sunesis.” The ability “to separate” or “to distinguish.” The extraction of meaning out of facts or information (Ps. 119:130).
Wisdom: Hebrew word is “chokmah” and Greek word is “Sophia.” The ability to act based on an understanding gained from an acquired knowledge (Ecc. 8:1). Knowing what to do next based on the understanding of the fact.

Engage in strategic planning and action; involve the division of labor, coordinated attack, and partnership for winning.

Sources of Wisdom
Scripture: 2 Tim. 3:15; Ps. 19:7; 119:130
A wife builds her house through wisdom obtained from the understanding of the Scriptures that talk about submission and meekness (Prov. 14:1; 1 Pet. 3:1-6; Ps. 37:11).
Action step: Pray for divine enlightenment as you study the Scripture (Prov. 20:27; Eph. 1:18; Lk. 4:18-21).

Worldly: earthly, sensual, devilish (James 3:14-16).
