There Is A Fountain

This fountain was commissioned by God Himself before He ever created the world. IT IS NOT A FOUNTAIN OF WATER -- IT IS A FOUNTAIN OF BLOOD. Zechariah’s prophecy tells us of the climax of God’s revelation of his plan of salvation - it’s the crux of the Gospel.

Don't Shoot The Messenger

Jeremiah was a major prophet in the Old Testament. He was sent to wake up the people of God. The children of Israel were falling away from the Lord God. They began to worship false gods, so the Lord sent Jeremiah to preach a message of repentance and to preach a message of the law.

We don’t know very much about Jesus’ process of maturation. The Gospels are rather silent about his growing up years, with Matthew being the only other canonical gospel that even offers a birth narrative, and he is silent on the years between birth and baptism.

Giving Up Lent For Lent

I am giving up Lent for Lent this year, at least the way the Church typically does Lent. Lord is not interested in what I give up for just 40 days and return to it. He is interested in me giving up the sins in my life which will make Easter more joyous
