What separates becoming a voice of the Lord from being mere noise is Wilderness. Preacher without wilderness experience produce lot of noise whereas preachers with wilderness experience produce the voice of the Lord.

Full Of Eyes

The living creatures’ vision and eyesight is full of God. Having so many eyes is a figurative speech for saying that their vision is full of God. All their focus is only on God, and they do not see anything else. They perceive nothing else; they are solely focused on God.
