If it disrupts the service or calls attention to yourself then refrain from dancing or whatever you are feeling. It may just be you and not the Spirit leading you. Subject your spirit because you can.
Every now and then I feel like doing a joyful dance in church, but it would be too distracting. During worship it might not be too bad, but I never felt led by the Spirit to do it so I don't.
