Seeking God First Series

In order to keep things real with God, you must first be real with your self by knowing that with God, all things are possible but without him you can have nothing. People often say that God does not supply their needs when what they really mean is that he does not give them everything they want. People sometimes tend to make it seem like God is not doing anything for them when there is really just a gap in there life that needs to be filled in.

The thing that is missing in those peoples lives is the fact that they are afraid that if they turn to God people will talk about them and not want to be around them. One thing those people don’t know is that most people do not want to be around you anyway. They just use you to get what they want and then get rid of you. What some people need to realize is that all through life, people are going to try to pull you down no matter what you do.

They are going to try to make you believe that there way of doing things is the best way because when they see you walking around with a smile on your face and with the things you need they are not going to want you to be happy. People have to realize that it does not matter what people have to say to you or about you because in your time of trouble who was there, in your time of need, who was there and as Psalms 7:1 says: O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me.

John 18:4 Says: Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him went

Forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye?

My Point: When you are committed to God, he supplies all of your needs therefore you do not need to worry about anything or anybody.

My Question: Who or what are you going to seek?
