Satan Hates Us Because Of Faith

Summary: Faith is the only way we can beat Satan at his game
SATAN HATES US BECAUSE OF FAITH
Job 1: 7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
(1) He hates Faith.
Satan question God.
Job 1: 9 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?
He thinks Job is doing this so God will bless him.
He did not believe Jobs faith was genuine.
(2) Satan does sever things to believers.
Ephesians 6: 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
We must be prepared.
The shield of faith will stop the fiery darts.
The shield will cover us when needed.
(3) Defeated Satan in through Faith.
1st Peter 5: 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
Be ready at all times to battle.
He wants to devour us.
Have faith resist him in faith he will leave you.
(4) He keeps his subjects if they have no faith .
Ephesians 2: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
(5) Satan will sill you faith.
Luke 22: 31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
He wants to get what you have from the Lord.
He wants to turn you to the world.
He needs workers to be stumbling blocks.
(6) He turns your faith to feelings.
Ephesians 6: 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
1st John 5: 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
He delights in diversion
He over rides faith by making us mad.
He looks for wrongs not the rights
Just what is faith . It is knowledge he will give us light for each step of
the way.
It is trust beyond all doubting.
In God who rules all.
Grace for each problem we encounter
It is obedience without question
It is resting in his love.
And strength for each new day
It is smiling through the teardrops
It struggling through each test
It is the firm belief our father is God who knows best
