“For he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him” (Hebrew 11:6)

When you please God and approach His throne in the right attitude of mind, believing that He exists and also a rewarder of Him that seeks Him in Spirit and truth, then, He will make His presence known to you.

God is !

You understand His ways the more through your unique faith in Him. Knowing His invisible presence gives you joy and assurance of victory and success in life. When Isaiah witnessed His Divine presence, he knew it. The Word of God recorded in Isaiah 6 verse 1;

“...I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple”

The Message Bible of Contemporary Bible put it this way;

“...I saw the Master sitting on a throne — high, exalted! — and the train of his robes filled the Temple”.

What a testimony!

The Lord who created you knows you by name. He hears your cry every time and understands your needs. He is also interested in you. His presence as your father can be recognized in your prayer chamber. This should be where you are waiting for the Lord on daily basis. He loves consistency in your dealings with Him. Whenever He comes down for you in fellowship, He will definitely see you there. There, He assures you of His power and love. He will also make Himself known to you clearly in your prayer chamber. Also, you will understand His name better there. The Scripture showed Him as the present help in times of your trouble, the lily of the valley, the Rose of Sharon, the resurrection and the life, the pillar of Jacob, the shadow of Peter, the fourth man in the furnace fire, the wisdom of Solomon and He, that reigns eternally.His voice breaks the cedars of Lebanon and makes His glory to shine on His people in the midst of gross darkness. You can feel His glory, power and presence because He is the great I AM. He is ever the same yesterday, today and forevermore (Hebrew 13:8)

The Divine presence of the Master, Jesus Christ makes the difference in life and ministry. It is no longer the one that was alone witnessed at Gethsemane, Calvary,empty tomb or the ones apostles experienced at the Upper room but His presence is everywhere now.

He told Nicodemus how to come to Him and He told the Samaritan woman at the well of Jacob where to worship. He needed a genuine adoration that flows from the inner Spirit, not at Jerusalem any longer or any other place. His presence is with you always and can be witnessed at your prayer chamber.

He is there!

When you recognized His presence, you should understand where you are. He sees every of your movement. As His ambassador in the perishing world, you shall seek to do His will always and at the same time strive not to abuse your calling. You cannot hide anything from Him.

David asked an important question in Psalms 139:7-12;

“I can never be lost to your Spirit! I can never get away from my God! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there. If I ride the morning winds to the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, your strength will support me. 11 If I try to hide in the darkness, the night becomes light around me. For even darkness cannot hide from God; to you the night shines

as bright as day. Darkness and light are both alike to you.(TLB)

“Is there any place I can go to avoid your Spirit?to be out of your sight? If I climb to the sky, you're there! If I go underground, you're there! If I flew on morning's wings to the far western horizon, You'd find me in a minute — you're already there waiting! Then I said to myself, "Oh, he even sees me in the dark! At night I'm immersed in the light!" It's a fact: darkness isn't dark to you;night and day, darkness and light, they're all the same to you”. (MBCL)

The writer of the book of Hebrew in Chapter 4:13 explained a fact;

“ Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight; but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of Him with whom we

have to do”

The Word of God is truth and life. Recognizing God’s presence is by first knowing that He is ever near you. He is closer than your shirt and wears. He is in you (1 Corinthians 6:19). You should not take Him as a stranger but as a lovely father that cares and wants to carry your burden. He dwells in your body and made His abode in you.(John 14:17)
