Summary: CUSH, FROM THE TRIBE OF BENJAMIN, CAUSED DAVID MUCH TROUBLE

RAPID RECOIL

OBSERVATION: CUSH FROM THE TRIBE OF BENJAMIN CAUSED DAVID MUCH TURMOIL.

INTERPRETATION: PSALMS 7:16 (NKJV) HIS TROUBLE SHALL RETURN UPON HIS OWN HEAD AND HIS VIOLENT DEALING SHALL COME DOWN ON HIS OWN CROWN. PSALMS 7:16 (THE BOOK) THEY MAKE TROUBLE, BUT IT BACKFIRES ON THEM. THEY PLAN VIOLENCE FOR OTHERS, BUT IT FALLS ON THEIR OWN HEADS.

THOUGHTS TO PONDER:

THE WORD VIOLENT CONVEYS INJUSTICE, OPPRESSION AND WRONGDOINGS. ULTIMATELY, EVIL BEHAVIORS RETURNS TO THE PERPETRATOR. GOD IS RIGHTEOUS AND ULTIMATELY DEMANDS JUSTICE FOR MISDEEDS.

GALATIANS 6:7 (NKJV) DO NOT BE DECEIVED; GOD IS NOT MOCKED; FOR WHATEVER A MAN SOWS, THAT HE WILL ALSO REAP.

TROUBLES CAUSED BY SINNERS COME BACK TO HAUNT THEM. DIVINE RETRIBUTION HAS A WAY OF RETURNING TO THE SINNER. IMMUNITY IS NOT AVAILABLE!

WHATEVER SEED IS SOWN, EITHER GOOD OR BAD, IS WHAT YOU REAP. IF YOU SOW IN YOUR FLESH, YOU HARVEST OF THE SAME. IF YOU SOW IN THE SPIRIT YOU REAP POSITIVE, SPIRITUAL BENEFITS. READ GALATIANS 5:16-25)

YOU WHO CHOOSE TO SPREAD THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST TO OTHERS REAP ETERNAL REWARDS.

APPLICATION: EVIL RECOILS LIKE A BOOMERANG ON THOSE WHO SET IT IN MOTION (F. B. MEYER).
