"4 Elements Of The Birth Of Jesus We Can Believe"

Summary: A challenge with basing our lives upon philosophical naturalism is that the birth narrative is full of God's supernatural mighty work. So we have a decision to make. Is the birth of Jesus to be viewed only as any other?
Matthew 1:18-25 offers four elements about the birth of Jesus we can believe.
1. We can believe the birth of Jesus involves supernatural origins. 1:18
2. We can believe the birth of Jesus involves supernatural interventions. 1:19-20
3. We can believe the birth of Jesus involves supernatural predictions. 1:21-23
4. We can believe the birth of Jesus involves faith-based responses. 1:24-25
Why does this matter? The supernatural nature of Christ's birth reminds us that we
can trust God in three ways. We can trust God with: 1) our decisions, Matthew 1:19-20;
2) our ministry, Matthew 1:24-25; 3) our message, Matthew 1:21.
