Do you need a Fresh Anointing?
Ps. 92:10 “But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.”
What the church as whole needs the most today is a fresh anointing from God- God wants to us some fresh oil today!
We need a fresh anointing!!! I want some of that fresh anointing!
We can not live off of yesterday’s anointing!
The Children of Israel had to gather the manna every morning!
Yesterday’s anointing will not help you today!
Turn to your neighbor and say “Do you need fresh anointing”
We all need something fresh from God today
How do we know if we need a fresh anointing?
When it Seems like we are just going through the Motions-
Have you ever come to church - and just feel like you’re going through the motions! Do the same thing week after week- and we become dry in the Spirit ...
That’s when we need a fresh anointing.
Story- (One morning a family was getting to go to church. “Honey, it’s time to get up and get dressed for church!" Johnny said, “I don’t want to go to church. I don’t think the people like me, and I don’t like them. Give me two reasons why I should go to church!" "Well, for one, it’s good for you. And second, you’re the pastor!")
When Serving God is more important than Being with God-
Mary & Martha were sister s... Jesus came to eat at their house. Martha was busy serving ... Mary sat at His feet
"But one thing is needful; and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her" (Luke 10:42)
Martha needed to be refreshed, she needed to come and sit at his feet, like Mary. She needed a fresh anointing.
When we Lose Our Vision-
When we lose sight of our purpose, and responsibility to tell people about the Lord, we need to be refreshed!!! When we lose our purpose, we lose our vision!
“Where there is no vision the people perish” Pro. 29:18
When we feel no body cares-
Elijah was used mightily of God, but he began to feel sorry for himself
He needed to be fresh anointing...
There are 7 thousand that have not bowed their knee to Baal.
We need some fresh oil today - Some fresh anointing
We will never receive until we admit that we need it!
How do we receive a fresh Anointing?
Go to the source- He is the source of our Anointing!
Go to him, No man can give you the anointing - Only God can! Go to the source!
Follow your Heart - Not your Head!-
David was a man after God’s own heart! We need to quit trying to figure it out in your head!
I sought the Baptism of Holy Ghost for six months before I received it. I trying to figure it out in my head. Until I just realized that every God every promised was already mine!

Don’t be Denied- Do listen to what others say - Blind Bartimius didn’t listen to what every around him was saying he Listened to Jesus! Listen to God Don’t give up - Don’t given in - Look up!
If want a fresh anointing this morning - It’s up to you. Oil was very precious in Bible Days. When it would become stall. Instead of throwing it away. They would add some fresh oil to it.
Stale gasoline & oil can be rejuvenated by adding fresh fuel to it. Let God give you a fresh anointing! He’s waiting on you!
