I GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO STAND!

Ephesians 6:11-13

King James Version – 11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Amplified Bible – 11Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. 12For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere. 13Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].

Prayer –

Kind Father in the name of Jesus, we just want to thank you. We thank you for you alone are worthy. We thank you because you deserve the honor and you deserve the glory. And as we enter into this preaching moment we want you to have your way in the name of Jesus. Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. Father we understand that Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by your inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to your will in thought, purpose, and action), So that I, the man of God for this moment, may be complete and proficient, well fitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work. So God, Spirit of the Living God, breathe fresh on us. Roll up your sleeve now and go to work for us. Go place we cannot go. Touch hearts we cannot touch. Mend hearts we cannot mend. Send now the anointing that makes preaching easy, In the name of Jesus. Father let your anointing sat in this house. Let fall in clarity and power. Send the kind of unction that causes massive deliverance. Rebuke the devil. Don’t beg him and don’t plead with him, but rebuke him today in the name of Jesus, the Christ. Send an answer to a question that somebody’s been asking on the altar. Solve a dilemma today. Send a clear word of direction. Let some sinner be saved. Let some backslider be reclaimed. Touch everywhere. Turn logos into rhema. Throw your weight around. Show off in here. I thank you for what you are going to do. Have your way sweet Jesus. In Jesus name, Amen.

I GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO STAND!

The book of Ephesians is the epistle of fullness, and the word Ephesians itself is a direct derivative of the Greek word which denotes one who has his nativity and residence in the place of permission. This means that I can inherit permission, but then we can also be engrafted into permission. I am a Pensacolian by nativity or by birth. No one can take the rights and privileges of being a Pensacolian from me. I walk like a Pensacolian. I talk like a Pensacolian. I act like a Pensacolian. I think like a Pensacolian. I dress like a Pensacolian. I even have tastes like a Pensacolian ,because that is just what I am, a Pensacolian. But if I was to relocate to another city, for sake of discussion, Atlanta, I would be engrafted or enstated as an Atlantian. I would acquire their rights and privileges, and eventually their habits, perspectives, and even their lifestyle. I would become accustomed to Atlanta’s freeway frenzy. I would adapt to their style of dress. And I would eventually find you myself walking like an Atlantian, talking like an Atlantian, acting like an Atlantian, thinking like an Atlantian, having the tastes of an Atlantian, because I have been interposed, interjected, and included into the society of Atlanta. I was born a Mickles. I look like a Mickles. I walk like a Mickles. I have Mickles’ characterisctics. I have Mickles habits. I have a Mickles perspective. I have Mickles struggles. I have Mickles addictions. I even have Mickles devils. One day soon I am going to stand before Christ, celebrants and congregation and enter into a marriage covenant with a young lady. For sake of discussion she was born a Jones’. And upon the completion of that covenant she will be engrafted into my family and I also will be engrafted into her family. Now understand once I am engrafted into her family, I willing take on Jones’ habits, Jones’ perspective, Jones’ struggles, Jones’ addictions, and even Jones’ devils. She will being doing the same thing. Most of us in this generation seem to have been born blessed. I can testify that there has yet be a day that I have had to wear the same outfit as the day before. There has yet to be a day that I have had to walk barefoot. God has blessed me that I haven’t had what I needed, but there is somebody sitting among you suited sinners turned saints and dressed devils turned divas, disciplined intelligent vivaciously approved sisters that are well dressed but beneath their Stacy Adam’s and their Fifth Avenue, and all their Liz Claiborne and their Ann Taylor and all of their well dressiness they are well wounded. There are some sitting among you that could hardly hit being blessed with a bat if it sat on a tee two feet away from them. They are from the wrong side of the family, the wrong side of the town, the wrong side of the tracks, the wrong upbringing, the wrong church affiliations. But in one turn of events can turn rag-tag toys can become china doll. Battered girls can become beautiful women. Immature boys can become intelligent men. Bruised, battered, and broken can become blessed better than blessed. Your Bible declares in James 1:21, as James speak to Christians of Jewish extraction residing in Gentile communities, in the b part of the verse, that after we get rid of uncleanness and outgrow our wickedness, we are “to receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.” Which literally says to us that God will take what you have done, as far as making an effort in transformation, lay it to the substance of the word and engraft or implant a word into your spirit that has the power to bring you to a place of fullness. Ephesians, the epistle of fullness, happens to be a circular epistle because Paul in Ephesians 1:1 address by the will of God , this particular epistle, to the saints and the faithful in Christ Jesus.” God is a circular all-encompassing God. He brings in people from every walk of life and engrafts them into the blessing. God’s not concerned with your language nor tongue. God’s not concerned with your race, creed or color. God’s not concerned with religious affliation. No he’s concerned with your faithfulness. To the faithful in Christ Jesus. If you cannot commit to the cause, you cannot get with this message. If you cannot commit to the commission, you cannot get with this message. If you can only be saved among certain people, you cannot get with this message. Notice, Paul didn’t say faithful in church; he said faithful in Christos Jehoshua, the anointed savior, Christ Jesus. No, he didn’t say faithful to the ekklesia, the called out ones, because some people heard him calling someone else and answered someone else’s call. Consequently we have people pulling the body of Christ away from its purpose rather than pushing us forward into our destiny. You can be apart of ekklesia and not be engrafted. You can have club certification from the assembly of your choice and not be accepted by the author of your faith. Commitment commands validation. The validation of the faith of the three Hebrews, not boys because they were grown men at the time of this incident, Hananiah, Misheal, and Azariah, who were surnamed Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego would have never taken placee save the challenge of their commitment in the midst of trial. Their disposition in Daniel 3:16-18 was rather ridiculous pending the current circumstances, execution in the fiery furnace. In fact they said, “we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us from out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, that we will not serve your gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.” Watch the progression of their statement. We are not careful, roughly translated, it is not even necessary for us to answer on this point, but for your information, my knowledge of my God says that he is able to deliver us. My faith in my God says that he will deliver us, but my commitment to God says but if not he is still able and we will not serve nor worship no one else but him. Someone is finding him or herself in that same place, having to dare to be different from the disciples of your church and determine to make the decision to do whatever it takes to get to the next dimension in God. Someone is finding yourself tired of being a singing hypocrite. Tired of singing Bless be the Tie that Binds and allowing the smallest things to sever Christian Fellowship. Tired of singing Serve the Lord with Gladness and griping and complaining about every assignment you receive. Tired of singing We’re Marching Up to Zion, and fail to march to your local Zion, your local refuge, your local sanctuary for mid-week services. Tired of singing I Love to Tell the Story but never gospel but always gossip. You’re ready for a true commitment to Christ.

After Paul has shown us the doctrine of the church through proving in chapter one that the church is a body, manifesting the church as the holy temple of God in chapter two, verifying the church as a mystery in chapter three, after he has revealed the drill of the church through establishing in chapter four the church as a new man, affirming the church as a bride in chapter five, he comes to this particular passage of preaching pericape and corroborates the Church as a warrior in chapter six, and for further discussion in chapter six he shows in verses one through nine the warrior’s obedience, in verse ten he declares the warrior’s strength, and finally, what we are partially discussing today, in verse eleven through verse twenty-four he examines the warrior’s equipment and gives his conclusion in writing.

So in examination of the warrior’s equipment, Paul takes on the characteristics of his traveling collogue, Barnabbus, and becomes a motivational speaker and a source of encouragement. For Bible students this is a familiar or well-acquainted text and for anyone with any Biblical heritage this is a familial or closely related text. Paul has begun in verse ten an analogy of being strong in the Lord and in the power of his might. But Paul’s diatribe is disturbed by this notion that the inspiration of God that is profitable for the furnishing of the men and women of God would have never come if you had never experienced the strain of struggle. God never spoke to Paul to exhort a church in writing that he was not efficient enough to serve as a spiritual father and covering instructing on how to cancel the contrary conditions of their current circumstances. God will not speak to you without endorsing and educating you with strategies to sustain you through your situation. So the subliminal message of the text is that Christianity is not an easy road to trail but nevertheless it is trail-able and your are able to trail it. Despite the people failing on the left and the people falling on the right, you are able. Despite the number of illegitimate saints in your church, you are able. Despite the many personality problems around you, you are able. There is a key found in this text. Paul says you need to stand, but there is a catch to the key. Paul in discussion concerning Israel’s tragic failure in the past and provides examples of the advantages and the apostasy of Israel and exhorts them concerning the faithfulness, fellowship and freedom of God in I Corinthians 10:11-13 – “ Now these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the end of the world are come. Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. There hath no temptation take you but such as is common to man: But God is faithful who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” The key is to stand, but the catch to the key is the commitment to character in the stand. In fact verse eleven suggests that these things are written for our admonition. The word admonition is a derivative of a Greek word that denotes to put into the mind of a son by the impartation of a father. God will never speak without the use of an efficient spiritual farther and covering. So here is the impartation. God will keep you if you want to bee kept. “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.” Anyone who feels sure that he has a steadfast mind and is standing firm, take heed of your faithfulness in that God is faithful to the faithful. So before he can dress you for battle in the spirit, he has to dress you for battle in your mind. You can carry a Bible in your pocket, but until you make a committed stand it’s meaningless. You can wear a cross around your neck, until you make a committed stand it’s meaningless. You can sing like a canary, and everyone cries to your crones but until you make a committed stand it’s meaningless. Committed standing means that I recognize that any time is a good time for an attack. It means that I’m prepared for battle while continuing the assignment of the Kingdom. You Bible says in Nehemiah 4:17-18, “That they which built the wall, bare burdens, everyone with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon. For the builders, everyone had his sword girded by his side, and so built.” Committed standing says I’m not going to forget that the wall must be completed, but in the same light I know that at any moment the devil can and will launch an attack. I’m not satisfied with stationary standing. “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.” Can I go deeper?” Committed standing is different from loitering. Loitering by definitions denotes to stand idly about lingering aimlessly. But Paul uses a Greek word which denotes to vigorously standing face to face toe to toe against an opposing adversary. It says I may take a hit, but I’m not halted. I may be down, but I’m certainly not out. I may be bleeding but I’m not dead. Though he slay me, yet will I trust him.

2 Corinthians 2:1 speaks of not being ignorant of the devices of the enemy. The Amplified Bible calls them wiles and intentions, which is very interesting because it is the very same word found in the opening verse of speculation today. It is a direct derivative of the Greek word methodia from which we get the word method and methodology. It’s a blended word that presents to us a two-fold definition. First it presents the tiers of leadership and the government and order by which those leadership forces govern their subordinates, and secondly it speaks of the strategy and plan detailing the preparation, the process, and the potential product. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. The things that the enemy throws at us seems to be trivial and frivolous because it is so mall and petty, but it is not petty it’s planned. He is a subtle foe. He’s not going to knock you out with one blow. It’s going to be a series of blows that’s going to knock you of course. It will start as one Sunday off. Then you are missing several Sundays a month. Then you arrive at, I’m not even going, because it isn’t a sudden shift but a gradual drift. He is a subtle foe.

Notice in your Bible, in Genesis 3, that Eve was coerced and impelled to eat what was forbidden, but watch verse one. The text says, “Now the serpent was more subtle than any…” Another translation says that he was subtle and crafty. The enemy had an advanced degree in cunning arts with a concentration in deception and delusionalism, which dictates methods designed to push you little by little out of the will of God. The devil is not looking for short-term reactions, but for long-term results, and the result of choice is to ultimately take you out. But in order for the enemy to effectively attack you, he’s got to know where he can get access. So he set’s back and studies you. He is always watching. He’s watching what you like. He’s observing what catches your attention. He’s observing what will get your blood rising. He’s watching what keeps you from sleeping. And Eve’s thing was she craved an independent intelligence and a taste of what she couldn’t have. So Satan took his knowledge of this personal flaw in Eve’s character and he custom fit a situation that he knew had the potential to destroy her destiny. Listen at the narrative, “And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. ” The enemy led her right into her spiritual death step by step based off of what he knew of her and it resulted in Global bondage.

Notice in Mark 5 when Jesus ministered to a demented man filled with unclean spirits, he called himself Legion. The word legion is a Roman military tem and denotes a combination of infantry and cavalry forces numbering among four thousand to six thousand men. There approximately were at least four thousand demonic forces at work in this one man ripping him apart. The Bible says in Mark 5:3-7, “no man could bind him, no, not with chains: Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.” Brother Legion already knew that his time was up, so now he wants to try to worship his way out of torment. That sounds like many of us today. We think we can worship our way out of torment into a pleasurable experience without deliverance, but the truth is that true fulfillment is only going to come through deliverance. But after being commanded to leave the man, Legion was not satisfied with going back to hell because it would mean a disruption in the methodia of the demonic kingdom. Legion had been assigned to that particular region and going to hell now would mean the abortion of the assignment. So in an effort to stay in his assigned region he asks to have a change of address. He says in Mark 5:10-12, “And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country. Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding. And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.” Be careful of familiar and familial spirits, spirits attached to regional areas and family lineage. If you notice when you enter a particular region many if not most of its population are struggling with the same bondage. Everybody in the city is slipping and dipping. Everybody in the city is drinking and partying. Everybody in the city is playing church. Every generation going through the same struggle. Momma got pregnant out of wedlock. Grandmomma got pregnant out of wedlock. You got pregnant out of wedlock. Now your daughter is the most promiscuous girl in town, and she isn’t twelve good yet because the enemy knows that since you’ve gotten real about your commitment to Christ there is a greater chance of that girl getting delivered, and if she gets delivered it will mean the deliverance of a family line. In fact I need some saints with the sense of the swine. The Bible says in Mark 5 13 that after the unclean spirits left the man, they entered the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea. Interestingly enough there were at least two demonic forces for each hog. And I found it interesting that the hogs had more sense than the man. The man had been living with at least 4,000 demons for most if not all of his life, but the hogs that decided that it would be better to choke to death than live one full day with two. I need about thirty people that will stand proxy for your family and declare that the buck stops here. I need somebody that has taken Galatians 2:20 for their testimony, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ that lives in me: and the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith.” And now that I am free, I am instructed in Galatians 5:1 to “stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and not be entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” Be not entangled again with the oppressive servitude to the force of evil. You cannot make me smoke weed because I’ve been set free from that oppressive servitude. You cannot make me drink the liquor because I’ve been set free from that oppressive servitude. You cannot make me watch the porno because I’ve been set free from that oppressive servitude. You cannot make me sleep with his wife or her husband because I’ve been set free from that oppressive servitude. But I am going to tell you what I am going to do. I’m going to stand and I’m going to fight.

Let me bring closure to the text. Both the opening and closing verses speaks of the whole armor of God. There were four pieces to the uniform: the girdle of truth, the breastplate of righteouness, the shoes of preparation of the gospel of peace, and the helmet of salvation, there were two weapons: the shield of faith and the sword of the spirit. The most important of the armor is the girdle of truth because everything is held in place because of it. If we loose the girdle of truth everything would fall and fail. Listen at this. The uniform and one of the tree weapons are defensive, and the remaining two weapons are offensive. The thing is this. There is no defensive or protective armor to cover your posterior, because a true soldier does not turn and run. The logic in this is that he doesn’t want to go back to what he has come from and end up worse off than when he first was delivered. In Matthew 12, Jesus speaks on the Sabbath conflict, the source conflict and the sign conflict and in discussing the sign conflict, in verses forty three through forty five, he says, “When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.” A true soldier says I’d rather fight without than fight within. I’ll just have to suck it up and fight it out than house eight demons. The devil is a liar. I’m going to take Paul’s advice to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:3 and “endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ”, and “fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life” because I got what it takes to stand.

God has equipped me with the girdle of truth because “ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. He’s equipped me with the breastplate of righteousness because the righteousness because the righteous cry and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivereth them out of them all. He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. He has equipped me with the preparation of the gospel of peace because Thou shalt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. He has equipped me with the shield of faith because I can count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing that the trying of your faith produces patience. But let patience have her perfect work that ye may be perfect, entire wanting nothing. Blessed is that man that endures temptation: for when he is tired he shall receive a crown of life which the Lord promised to them that love him. He has equipped me with the helmet of salvation because I am not conformed to this world: but transformed by the renewing of my mind, that I may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. For through the grace given unto me God hath dealt to me the measure of faith. He has equipped me with the sword of the spirit which is the word of God because the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two-edged sword piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and narrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. He has equipped me with the secret weapon of praying in the spirit because if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, for he speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not to man, but unto God: for no man understandeth him: howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. For the letter killeth but the spirit giveth life.

Goodby my brothers…Fare you well my sisters…

Salem, it’s been nice talking to you…But if you never hear me again…

Always remember…

To pray on my child…Yes I got a home on high…You know I been talked about

Sure as I born…But I know Jesus will carry me Home…But If I never never see you no more…I wonder will you meet me…On the other shore…Pray on my child…Yes I got a home on high…I remember the day…And I remember the hour…When the Lord saved me…With his holy power…I remember the day…I remember it well…When the Lord saved me…From a burning hell

And every since that day…He has taught us to pray…Our father…Which art in heaven…Hallowed be thy name…Thy kingdom come…Thy will be done…On earth as it is in heaven…Give us this day…Our Daily bread…And forgive us our debts…As we forgive our debtors…And lead us not into temptation…But deliver us from all evil…For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory…Forever…And ever…And ever…And ever

I used to hear the old folks say…Father I stretch my hands to thee…No other help I know…If thou withdraw thyself from me…Whether shall I go

What a friend we have in Jesus…All our sins and griefs to bear…What a privilege it is to carry…Everything to God in prayer

My hope is built on nothing less…Than Jesus blood and righteousness…I shall not trust the sweetest frain…But wholly lean on Jesus name…Standing standing standing on the promises of Christ my savior…Standing standing standing on the promises of God

And after you’ve prayed all you can…You praise all you can

Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory

I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.

I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God:

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:

Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised.

Praise waiteth for thee God, even in Zion

Let God arise and his enemies be scattered.

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD. This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us: Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us: Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:

Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
